By creating an account on Limya, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Limya is a fitness training app assisted by artificial intelligence. It generates personalized training plans and suggests load adjustments based on the information you provide and your training history.

Limya is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

Limya does not replace the assessment of a physical education professional, doctor, physiotherapist, or nutritionist. The app's recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence based on general sports science parameters — they do not account for specific medical conditions you have not reported, nor do they replace an in-person physical exam.

If you have a pre-existing health condition, injury, or medical concern, consult a professional before following any recommendation from the app. You are responsible for assessing your own physical capacity before performing any suggested exercise.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The information you provide (weight, height, age, goals) must be accurate — incorrect data may result in inadequate or unsafe training recommendations.

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data; attempt to bypass the app's technical limits (such as rate limits or authentication); reverse engineer or attempt to extract the internal logic of the app or backend.

Limya is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific training results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the recommendations, failure to follow medical restrictions you did not report, or use of the app outside its intended purpose.

You can delete your account at any time through the app itself (Profile → Delete Account). Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
